- The National Trust for Historic Preservation and the Los Angeles Conservancy awarded a joint grant in the amount of $7,840.00 to fund the wood restoration and painting of the entire front porch of the John Rowland Home.
- Quemetco Inc. City of Industry for their generous donation of $2,500.00 to restore the Rowland home upper & lower porches and tent the home for termites.
- Janus Pest Management has generously donated all monthly pest management services for the John Rowland Home.
